Transformative Mentoring

What is transformative mentoring or coaching for teens and tweens?

Mentoring offers teenage and pre-teenage clients valuable support through self-inquiry and tools to explore their inner and outer worlds and show up in empowered ways. Mentoring does not focus on the past or past events.

What are the benefits?

  • Practice accountability to empower and gain the confidence to address challenges on their own.
  • Find their own voice, develop resilience, and thrive today and in the future.
  • Identify recognize personal stressors and learn how to process and deal with these in a positive way.
  • Define core-values using self-discovery and self-assessment.
  • Learning to set goals and design a strategy for a future career
  • Know how to use tools to explore emotions and how to express and communicate them in a healthy way.

The Process

The Discovery Call

During the discovery with the parent I will ask general questions about expectations and issues as well as answer any initial questions that may arise. I will help with a strategy to get your son / daughter curious and interested in coaching.

The Questionnaire

Once your son or daughter has decided that coaching is right for THEM, I will email you him/her a confidential questionnaire to be completed.

The Coaching Sessions

The coaching programme is a minimum of four and a maximum of twelve x 55 minutes sessions. Further accountability sessions can be booked.
